Outlet corrections policies: directory
This directory lists what news outlets and fact-checkers say in their own published corrections policies. Each row gives where corrections appear, the main policy points and the page used. The Globe and Mail, for example, prints corrections on page A2 1, and Snopes explains substantive changes in an Update box 2. Rows describe the policy as published and do not test practice. The AP row comes from an archived 2009 copy 3.
